Ten\u00eda siempre correos por contestar, mensajes de tel\u00e9fono, reuniones superpuestas, revisiones de textos... me lo explicaba con una respiraci\u00f3n alta y entrecortada. Despu\u00e9s de convencerla de que pod\u00edamos hablar sentadas en vez de hacerlo de pie, le record\u00e9 que su angustia no proced\u00eda de la falta de tiempo, sino de una mejor planificaci\u00f3n, de la calma y sobre todo, de priorizar aquello que es importante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Porque ella, como otras personas, tiene el que ya en la d\u00e9cada de los 80 el norte americano <em>Dr. Larry Dossey<\/em> llam\u00f3 la <em>enfermedad del tiempo<\/em>. Es decir, la nefasta sensaci\u00f3n de que el tiempo se termina y se tiene que correr m\u00e1s. Todo r\u00e1pido, con velocidad, engullendo trabajos, familia, deportes, amores, relaciones, comidas, viajes, redes sociales, noticias. Sin digerir, sin dar tiempo al propio tiempo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A veces observo cuando cojo el ferrocarril la cantidad de personas que corren para despu\u00e9s pararse para nada: un uso no racional del tiempo y de la energ\u00eda en pro de una cultura de la velocidad que lejos nos deja de la reflexi\u00f3n, de la calma y del gozo pausado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 precio estamos pagando por esta enfermedad del tiempo? <strong>Porque una sociedad que corre sin rumbo es una sociedad necesariamente superficial, acr\u00edtica, f\u00e1cilmente moldeable y sobretodo, cansada y estresada<\/strong>. <strong>Es en lo cotidiano donde las sociedades se construyen y es en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda que podemos desacelerar e ir a un ritmo m\u00e1s pausado, para sintonizarnos interiormente con lo que verdaderamente queremos vivir y queremos experimentar.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La revista Tot Sant Cugat, publica un art\u00edculo de la soci\u00f3loga Blanca Moreno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":2195,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[108],"tags":[36],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.5.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>&quot;Desacelerar o el arte de ir a un ritmo m\u00e1s pausado&quot;
